  George II Country Lowboy
English, c 1730

Oak. Stands like a stolid English yeoman! The epitome of country furniture. Rich, dark chocolate color and lots of character. Three drawers, cross-banded in walnut, in a strongly shaped skirt with cabriole legs. Three-board, molded edge top. One drawer bottom, one side molding and one interior running rail replaced. Otherwise original condition.  32-1/2" w x 20" d x 28" h.

  Desk Box
English, Gloucestershire, c. 1675

Oak with deal bottom boards. One for the purist -- original condition including all hardware. Wonderful lively carving, and great color -- what's not to like? Iniatialed MW. Very good carving of adorsed S-scrolls forming "Cotswold hearts." Original condition, some loss from bottom boards.  24" w x 17-1/2" d x 11-1/2" h.

English, 17th C

Oak and wrought iron. Old, blackened surface, wonderful hand-wrought iron hooks, all different and with differing wear. 7 wrought iron hooks and simple gouge decoration. Original condition.  25" l x 5-3/4" h.

  Late Medieval Cauldron
Dutch, 1500-1550

Brass. A high quality little cauldron with three-toed feet, original handle and no height loss. Standing on three three-toed legs. Excellent condition. Polished surface.  5-3/4" h.

  Georgian Country Table
English, c. 1745

Oak frame, burr elm top. The spectacular burr elm top and unusual but convenient size are what make this table stand out. Add the lovely cyma curves on the apron, and you have a very special table indeed. Sold by Partridge of London. Three-board burr elm top with thumbnail molding. Turned legs ending in pad feet under an apron with cyma curves on all sides. Good condition, no restoration.  50" l x 41" w x 28" h.
